Attebery has been designing programs for these ladies since 1997 but has been kept under “lock and key” in his files.  Now is your chance to get the actual workouts and nutrition plans that many of his champions followed.  See the ladies and their results and decide which ones you want to do.

Looking for general toning and health? These workouts are perfect for men and women devoting only 3 days per week and getting a full-body workout to help attain better health. Change it up each month and keep your body progressing.
