This is the SECOND of a three-part series. Kelsey Griswold was crowned Miss Oklahoma 2013. This second workout and nutrition plan has her picking up the workouts as we get closer to Miss America that year and her swimsuit win. We moved the workouts up to shorter periods of time but most days per week to allow for her appearance schedule and prep for Miss America with talent, interview, and wardrobe selections that all titleholders must put in. She did many of her workouts early in the morning due to schedule demands. Journey with her as she sculpts her body to improve definition, tone, and symmetry that lead to her “pageant perfect” look. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it as well along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities.
