Join Miss OK USA 2023, Liv Walbeck as she began her first month of prep for Miss USA 2023.  This is an advanced workout designed to build some muscle tone and shape while simultaneously reducing body fat to a “pageant elite” level to keep her looking long and lean, while improving her shape and symmetry. Our initial goals were to add some muscle tone and shape for stage later that year. This workout starts off aggressively and is not recommend for a beginner. Utilize one of our basic full body workouts for a month at least, prior to starting this plan. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it as well along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities. Always check with your Physician before starting a fitness and nutrition program to make sure you are healthy and ready for the workouts.
