This is the first of a four-part series. Danika Christopherson won the title of Miss Oklahoma USA April 14th, 2024.  Danika had previously held the TEEN State title in 2020.  She had her first assessment with Attebery on May 11th, to establish goals and get started for her Miss USA prep.  Danika’s prep for State had consisted primarily of running a lot and some weights that focused more on calisthenics and burning calories. That was something she did on her own.  Attebery’s assessment of her was that she needed to improve her taper and make her waistline smaller while adding shape and curves, while getting tighter/leaner all over to be her best at USA.  Only pin-pointed weights that addressed certain movements while getting her nutrition and cardio down to a tee would allow that transformation to occur.  Many people don’t understand that getting into shape involves not just burning calories but “shaping the body” with specific movements while shedding the body fat down to show off those tone muscles. Danika had seen Attebery as a Teen but admitted she didn’t fully commit to his instructions before.  She agreed to trust him 100% this time. She did and it worked! This workout is an advanced workout that incorporates cardio sprints between her weights to keep her heart rate elevated and to cross-train her athletic legs. Also included is her Nutrition plan, nutrition guidelines, supplement suggestions and info.
