This is the 3rd of a four-part series. Danika Christopherson went from 16% to 14.8% in 30 days with her 2nd month program. Keep in mind, our goal was 12% for Miss USA. Nationals was coming soon, and we had to speed up her conditioning to make sure we hit the numbers we wanted to hit. Attebery also knew her athletic body may get too muscular in her athletic quadriceps and knew it was time to tweek her leg workouts to allow the proper “long and lean” look to occur while continuing the toning and sculpting of the upper body and her backside. Sometimes it is important to know what “NOT” to do with pageant competitors besides what “TO” do with them.  This workout continued with a new workout that emphasized less quad-specific training but continued to work her butt, hamstrings, and upper body hard. We also changed her cardio and tightened up her nutrition a little more and BAM she HITS 12.3% just 10 days after we started this new workout before heading off to Miss USA where she placed 2nd Runner up. BONUS: The workout she did to maintain her look while she was at Miss USA rehearsals and appearances leading up to Preliminaries and Finals.
