This is the second workout of Renee’s workout series as we took her along the journey to coast into her best condition ever for Miss USA. This workout steps it up a little with some added cardio burst training we did to shock her metabolism into high gear but still was only three days per week with weights.  Renee was very smart in her prep as he took several months to coast into shape, and this allowed us to fine-tune her workouts and gradually increase the intensity and the results speak for themselves. It is never advisable to try to get into top shape in just a few weeks. This is a great moderate-level weight workout with more cardio to continue your journey with her as she preps for a National-Level competition and Top 15 placing.
