This is the third of a four-part series. The fourth part is Lauren’s maintenance plan. Consequently, THIS 3rd workout is the final workout and nutrition changes we made to help her PEAK and win a Swimsuit Preliminary Award and the Title of Miss AMERICA 2007! This workout started 6 weeks prior to Miss America, and we were a little behind on her prep at this point due to a demanding schedule. The last 6 weeks involved high-level efforts and strict adherence to her nutrition plan. Cardio was ramped up significantly to speed up the fat-burning process to get the lean look required for Top Level competition. This is NOT for a beginner. It was hard work, but it PAID OFF and she WON! Get ready to work and have no regrets about what you can accomplish. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it as well along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities.
